P A R K I N S

Originally from Newcastle, I've been living in Bow, East London for 20 years. After 10 years working on West End musicals, I retrained as a Personal Trainer in 2012 after a back injury.

I'm passionate about helping people, whether you're new to exercise, recovering from an illness or injury, or just want to mix up your training.

I specialise in the treatment of lower back pain and am a firm believer it is never too late to get fit and healthy.

As well as treating my own back injury through exercise, I have used fitness and nutrition to support and improve fertility when I found myself undergoing IVF at 41.

Everyone has the ability to make positive changes to their lives, so why wait another day?

Sometimes you just need a bit of guidance from a friendly Geordie!

 

ONLINE TRAINING - HOW DOES IT WORK?

I like to make sure I understand exactly what my clients want and need out of their sessions, so after we've had a detailed video call I can start to build your bespoke training package.

 

The weekly workouts are delivered straight to your phone via a specially designed online platform, that includes technique videos chosen specifically by me for you.

There's space for feedback and notes and after every session I will review your progress to encourage you to push forward, always being on hand to give feedback and answer any questions.

 

The more information you give me, the more bespoke your training becomes.

I can design programmes to be completed in the gym or at home.

If you prefer 1-2-1 personal training, I offer sessions in and around East London.

Prices vary depending on the number of sessions per week.
